How are returns handled?

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, returns are accepted within 14 days of the ship date for store credit only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued by email.

Returns must be approved before being mailed back.


Do I have to pay return shipping?

Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Amia Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! If you need a different size, please contact us before sending your return so we can confirm availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.


Can I get a refund to my card?

At this time, we offer store credit or exchanges only.

Refunds to the original payment method will only be issued if:

• The item becomes out of stock and cannot be shipped
• The item arrives damaged and a replacement is unavailable

Store credit never expires.


What items are final sale?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale items
• Jewelry
• Accessories
• Undergarments (including Camis and bralettes)
• Prom or consignment dresses
