Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility:

  • The Amia Swifties Night at the Movies: Taylor Swift Movie Tickets Giveaway (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of Peru who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of Amia Boutique and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period:

  • The Contest begins on October 2nd at 12:00 AM (Peru Time) and ends on October 11th at 11:59 PM (Peru Time).

3. How to Enter:

  • To enter the Contest on Facebook, participants must do the following during the Contest Period:

    • Like the official contest post on Amia Boutique's Facebook page.
    • Share the contest post on their own Facebook timeline.

  • Each like and share on the official contest post counts as one (1) entry into the Contest.

  • Bonus Entry: Participants can earn additional entries by making a purchase from the Amia Boutique Taylor Swift collection during the Contest Period. Each purchase qualifies as one (1) bonus entry.

  • No limit on the number of entries per person, but each entry must be associated with a separate like, share, or purchase.

4. Prize:

  • Three (3) lucky Swifties will each win an epic movie bundle, including:

    • Two (2) AMC movie tickets to see "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour" in Peru on Friday, October 13th, 2023 at 10:30pm 🍿🎬
    • An exclusive Amia Swiftie grab bag filled with Swiftie bracelets and goodies to complete your Swiftie experience! 🛍️💎✨

  • The total approximate retail value of each prize bundle is [Prize Value].

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

5. Winner Selection:

  • The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on Facebook. The drawing will be conducted on or about October 11th, 2023.

  • The winners will be notified via direct message on Facebook/Instagram within 2 days after the drawing date. If the winners cannot be contacted within2 days or are ineligible, alternate winners may be selected.

6. Publicity:

  • By participating in the Contest, participants agree to allow Amia Boutique to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

7. General Conditions:

  • Amia Boutique reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond their control impair the integrity of the Contest.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and Amia Boutique's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters related to the Contest.

  • Amia Boutique is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Contest.

8. Privacy:

  • Information collected from participants is subject to Amia Boutique's Privacy Policy.

9. Winner List:
