What service do you use to ship?
Our preferred shipping method is USPS.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Most of our packages are shipped within 1-2 business days via Priority Mail. Most packages will arrive 3 days – 1 week from purchase date.
How long do I have to wait for in-store pickup?
If you’ve selected our free in-store pickup option, you will receive an email letting you know your order has been completed. At that time, it can be picked up at the location you selected! It usually takes 1-2 business days to get items to their location for pickup, with the exception of our Coralville location. (Items for Coralville pickup may take up to 7 business days to be available for pickup.)
I selected the wrong option, now what?
If you’ve selected in-store pick up and would actually like your order shipped (or visa versa), give us a call ASAP at 815-663-8139 during business hours OR send us an email at: email@example.com and we will get that sorted out right away for you!
Do I have to pay return shipping?
Yes. All items must be shipped back at buyers expense.
How long do I have to return my items?
Our inventory changes quickly, because of this require all items to be returned within 7 days of the ship date with tags attached.
How are returns honored?
When we receive a return, we will process it and as long as it meets our return guidelines, you will be issued store credit.
You also have the option of exchanging for another size. We do recommend that you call us at the store if you’re sending back an item to exchange so we can ensure that we have the size you need. We will process your exchange when it is received. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges as well as a $5 flat rate shipping charge for exchanged merchandise.
What if I want my card refunded?
Unfortunately, we only offer store credit or exchange at this time. Our store credit never expires so there’s no need to rush and buy something you don’t absolutely love. We will issue a refund to the method of payment for two reasons: 1) The item is out of stock and will not be shipped. 2) The item was received in a damaged state and we do not have another to exchange it for.
I see something in a picture that isn’t on your site, is that item sold out?
Not necessarily. Some items used in pictures are exclusive to our storefront. If you see a pair of shoes or accessory that you can’t find online, give us a call at 815-663-8139 during business hours and we will be happy to check for availability!
